In SEO industry Social Media Optimization (SMO) plays a vital role for B2B relationship. Now a day’s most of time People interact with social media site for shearing data, promoting their brands through ‘visual’ social media platforms like Pinterest and Instagram. SMO is one of the part of internet marketing strategy. The only motto of Social Media marketing is to promote the website to the top rank in the search results.

Previously Google updates like Panda and Penguin are felt which are meant for content marketing and SEO sector.  Now Google think about for upgrade algorithm-The Zebra update. The Zebra update will affect websites from using ‘black hat’ SEO techniques.

Things that may go under the examination of Zebra update include:
•    Retweets having excessive keywords
•    Organizations using Pinterest just for SEO purpose
•    Spam posts, particularly on Google+
•    Facebook updates and sharing of such by people not related to similar business

But somebody says that Google Zebra update is a rumor. There is no official announcement from Google.
